7. Instructions for storing consumption

Conserve in a dry fresh place between 4 to 8ºC. Leave the cheese to rest out of the fridge before consumption. Best consumed at 20ºC. The torta is opened by cutting a hole on the top part of the rind, discovering the creamy interior.  Keep the top part of the rind to use as a cover for best conservation. You may also cut the torta in half horizontally.
