This sheep milk whey powder is obtained by concentration, crystallization and spray dried.

This powder is fluid and white, cream colour. The high protein content provides interesting nutritional properties and good functionalities. This sheep milk whey powder is used for ice-cream, confectionary, pastries, bakery, baby food products. The advantages of Sheep Milk Whey Powder compared to regular Sweet Whey Powder is the higher protein level and better sweet taste.
